What's New: 2 Months

... don't wait any longer!  Doing the same routine each night helps babies learn to anticipate what comes next (sleep!).  Babies like routine.  It is comforting for them.  Bedtime routines also help babies sleep longer and awake less at night.

Just as important as understanding when to feed to your baby, is understand when to stop feeding your baby. Babies have the ability to know when they are hungry and when they are full.

A strong neck will help your baby nurse easier, and will prepare your baby for rolling, sitting, and eating solid foods.

By 3 months of age, your baby should be doing tummy time 2-3x/day 10-15 minutes at a time
