My coaching is tailored to you and your family's challenges, is gradual, practical, guided by science, and intended to leave you feeling happy, loved, and really great about how you handle sleep and parenting. And, of course, I will leave your children sleeping well.

Katie has helped us so much over last few months as we’ve worked through many sleep challenges with our son. We reached out to Katie when our son was just 5 months old and were feeling so desperate for rest. He was waking 3-4 times a night at that point.

I was 1000% sure that Katie would not be able to help us get our almost 3 year old daughter to sleep through the night. We had tried everything we could think of and she took an hour to get to sleep and then woke 5-10 times per night screaming. We were ready to give up. Katie saved us! Her directions were clear and easy to follow. She checked in frequently to make little adjustments as needed. In no time at all our daughter's bedtime routine was under control AND SHE WAS SLEEPING THROUGH THE NIGHT. I was completely shocked. I am still shocked it worked so perfectly. BABY SLEEP COACH
Sleep coaching for a baby sounded almost funny to me when I first heard about it. It didn't sound as funny to me when we were approaching our daughter's 9 month milestone and solid sleep was (still) elusive.
Katie is truly magical. She is incredibly understanding, knowledgeable, and kind. We were not interested in crying anything out so Katie helped us create and implement a plan that worked beautifully for me, my husband, and our daughter. We started with small changes that seemed monumental in terms of getting sleep. Never once did we feel like we couldn't be honest about our preferences; there is no one size fits all sleep plan. Katie was super responsive, timely, and open to answering all of my random questions. Our daughter is a GREAT sleeper now.
